By accessing and using GreenLoop Logistics services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario.
If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
GreenLoop Logistics provides post-purchase automation and logistics management services, including returns management, eco-conscious logistics solutions, and automation platform services.
All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

- Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
GreenLoop Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
